It is actually amazing to see Lopehandia claiming to own Mina Pascua but yet is unable to show his clear titles to prove to us that he is the owner. After all we did (actually Johnson) give him $6 million to see these titles. Don't you think that he owes the courtesy of delivering on his claim? Alas! that is what swindlers do! He takes our money and then goes on a drunken spree, blaming the Chilean Courts,Judges,Luksic,Lagos,Barrick,Batman and Attila the Hun!!!The funny thing is that none of those people ever signed any agreement with MSX. But Lopehandia did with Johnson's blessing.
He defrauded Infinex in the same manner and was responsible for its demise as he is responsible for the demise of MSX! We must demand restitution from the Courts no matter how small it may be.
He,Johnson and Torres have caused us all both financial and moral losses which only the Canadian Courts and Authorities can rectify.
I ASK them to do their job!
