side from the negativity coming from you and others can you think of any reason that there hasn't been an update from Dan? Could it be possible that Scott and the Currah's with their many small claims court appearances as well as the current legislation has anything to do with it?

Speculation? Rumors?

There has been no communication to the shareholders on anything regarding the above issue. Perhaps, SRSR should say something regarding the above so that it is not a rumor, speculation or material progress not publicly communicated.

My problem is that SRSR is not communicating to the shareholders regarding issues affecting our investment.

If the above is true and not a rumor, why has SRSR not spoken officially?
