Here's a blast from the past when certain "investors" were trashing me for DARING to say that this massive dilution would lead to NOTHING other than a future PUMP and DUMP.


From about the end of July last year. Hmmm,maybe that's who got the 4B shares. Shut the doors for good eh?? Funny,all that DILUTION and not a PENNY of debt paid off as they claimed. NOW a HUGE lawsuit dropped on them over that USA Metal em..."deal" they are defaulting one.
