We know that SWET is in a really tough financial situation. It is trying to move the project steps along with very little money, and very little ability to raise more $.

As a shareholder, I'd rather SWET sell some percentage of the other businesses than dilute the SWET shares further.

There is no great alternative either way. I don't like either choice, but you have to be realistic.
