IMO that will stay uncertain until gold reaches the price threshold that signals to the market the bull market is here and will be on-going. We're certainly not there now.

The volatility in the price currently to me is keeping the big money from entering the mining shares and will continue until the price gets to that magic price level. Maybe that number is $1450?
