They keep lying about CybeRisk and Finjan Mobile so this wouldn't surprise me they understand a payment in 2017 is not possible and they are misleading on that, also. They apparently know that cash inflows for the rest of the year will be minimal or they wouldn't have done a hard-money deal.
Last year's deal was a good one even though it cost them many millions of dollars in what they had to pay back. Companies were trying to wait them out and see if they would go BK instead of signing licenses. This year's deal is a real head-scratcher. Are they really that desperate for cash they would do such a bad deal?
Perhaps they are going to throw in the towel and admit they are good at monetizing their IP yet clueless at developing their business units. A ilutive acquisition will be the last straw. No wonder all the top shareholders are selling.
