My Gut says the new CEO sees the light

Watch for an A/S reduction to 300 million

Since Simon Yu is coming over from SGMD where they trade around .06, have 300 million a/s and are more than capable of running an OTC company, good chance CSCE at .10 will see the same a/s reduction

the above is all IMHO (consider this my safe harbor statement)
