Then it increases to a point where the bid is higher than the ask. At this point All the chat and excitement and competition drives more Action and then the real buying begins. Volume precedes price Then it's time for another 2500% or better NGBL run like we had Pre-Election to begin.
It's all about timing and if Jeffery Goh times NGBL's announcements and events right.
