Not really, RS for the reasons outlined here almost always return to the Pre split price. I just seen it happen Too many times, and the notable thing here is, this company carries an even higher risk than those I refer to above.



That makes no sense. The whole reason for the range between 1:5 - 1:50 is so that the share price can have STABILITY above $4 for long enough to get uplisted. If they did a R/S and it hit .10, then there would have been absolutely no point in doing the R/S to begin with.

I think you are mistaking CV Sciences for your typical OTC stock that has billions and billions of shares outstanding. Their O/S is really not that bad as it is right now.
