What??? That is absolutely insane. The subsidiary with the value is getting diluted so SWET shareholders aren't???

Lets assume you own 10% of a holding Co. who's only asset is a subsidiary owning a $20,000 Buick. Your equity is $2,000
Now assume the subsidiary sells half of that car to someone else and uses the $10,000 to pay "management". Now your equity is only $1,000.
Pickett saying otherwise is a gross lie. Dilution is dilution, whether is at the company level or at the subsidiary level.
