Right, Rock. this article actually has some inaccuracies.... 2018 date is sort of not correct, and they mentioned another thing wrong



Only thing new in this one is that Downer hired Advisor... which is good sentiment on the deal


The Question is Equity going to be New South Wales or Downer +Co (2 others) - at the Refi.

if Downer > ReFi likely happens by the Informal Target JUNE 30 mentioned in FEB.

If NSW wants to keep its warrants/options ... may ReFi in 2018.


The last article i posted a few days ago... was more informative... seemed to suggest JUNE 30th date is a bit pushed back and that in 3mths time Sept (CALLABLE date for the 2019s, 2018s already CALLABLE) - REFI discussions will be closer to done
