Hi Plbecky & all,
I am confused:
1. Why would one refer to a case that has been thrown out every time it is brought to court?
2. Wouldn't one want to refer to POW shareholders as the injured parties and advance that presentation?
3. Is Jerry Burleson not doing due diligence at this time & throwing stuff on the wall to see what sticks?
4. Or is this normal for class action lawsuits, start at the beginning & carry on from there?
