The point is that Lipigesic is a registered and patented product owned exclusively by Puramed Bioscience (PMBS)...

His newly created LLC has no right to license Lipigesic.. (a product they do not own)..

Furthermore, I am unaware of any SEC filing showing that Puramed Bioscience changed their name to DMR BIOLOGIC LLC.
