The damage was done by the company. In the real business world if you don't put out a good product, and market it properly, you fail. In the Wild West of lawless penny stocks, 99% are doomed to fail from the getgo. The ones that have better storylines last a little longer but eventually they fail as well. Doc Watson claim was a bad storyline choice to go with, due to its bad past history, and putting those vials of gold on the company website didn't help.
