This clip kind of sums up the situation with POWN The majority of the interview is Marvel related and then there is something said about his current work, with a drawn out timeframe. Marvel gets what they need out of the Stan Lee association without needing to buy out POWN. POW! related stuff is so far out POWN can't generate enough money to fund it. End result is the Camsing rescue buyout at pennies if shareholders are lucky.
