Yes but the CEO Seth was adamant that they would dilute if, and only if a major event happened those were his exact words. Furthermore he promised a major milestone in a month. We got neither a major milestone nor a major event but we did get dilution. On the surface it appears he has gone back on his word which makes me wonder if he was ever sincere about waiting for the major milestone.

The only possible upshot is that a major event indeed has happened, triggering the dilution and that event will soon be revealed. That could be wishful thinking all we know for sure is there is dilution and no supporting event.
