It is incorrect. Retrial is requested by SEC.
I just have not seen a written confirmation.
The criminal case is entirely separate from the civil case.
Too bad. The SEC has unlimited tax dollars to burn.
They will refuse to LOSE.
Just watch.
The FBI should be investigating them. But of course, according to the documents in the criminal case, the FBI weasel, Quick revealed that they are working together.
