Legal Cannabis plants need to be shipped under regulated shipping methods,Its treated different to other plants ,so to legally ship cannabis you need a container that meets the requirements ,and as for the the light lasts 100 hours and is battery replaceable .THC is targeting the legal cannabis market

.Think about it if home growing is allowed in Canada it will be regulated $$$$$$$.
