NOPE The dilution is still MASSIVE.

THREE and a HALF TIMES MORE SHARES IN 60 DAYS
IS INCREDIBLY BAD.

No one could possibly seriously consider that controlled.

AND the worst part is they just released a
BRAND SPANKING NEW S1 FILING
to prove that they are going to do EXACTLY what they have done
after the LAST 4 Reverse Splits

LOTS and LOTS more new shares headed this way.

It is all written out for anyone willing to do some reading.
I realize the frustration of holding a stock of a company that
contentiously devastates its shareholder value with INSANE DILUTION.
But its is what it is and no spin or misinformation is going to change that.

With ALL the hundreds of possible active penny stock plays,
it makes no sense to be in GBSN's dead play.
Its the one sure loser penny that I have ever run across.
You can bank on it cratering very consistently.
