Good point on AMZN/ HD. Only thing is and this applies to many retailers. You buy there, you can return there. That makes a big difference when you aren't sure exactly what you need and intend to return some of the items purchased. That's how I shop. I have my items I buy on Amazon just the same as the next guy, but most times find quality merchandise on EBAY and won't spend $100 on a prime membership because that's pure profit for AMZN and of no benefit to me. EBAY may be a better contender than AMZN and a sleeper too in contrast to AMZN, but a worthy adversary. Where do you think I'll buy the next piece of electronic equipment, BBY, because i can always return it with ease and my toothpaste and some other sundry items I'll buy at Amazon. But all else? No. Do I comparison shop? Yes. But many times I find that for our needs Amazon doesn't do the trick. Am I Mr Everybody? No. Just an extremely prudent shopper.
