I think $MVTG has just signaled a strong buy with a higher low and a massive wave of buying volume, and nothing but good news seems to be coming next. I am buying daily on $MVTG right now at this level. My target this summer is 10 to 30 cents, and if $MVTG scores and PRs a grant for the PP, possibly $1/share in a massive wave of buy backs. Also fuel cell stocks like Ballard are doing very well, a very good sign for $MVTG who might swing a deal with $BLDP this year? $BLDP chart at the bottom here
