Having Been familiar Min A Mar(party that owns shell) and a few reverse mergers They have done, I feel that we are in COMPLETELY professional hands and will be Led by a VERY transparent company along the reverse merger process. I would look for a PR or Filings to start hitting Next week so we can get a better idea of what we are holding. These Reverse Mergers have been a MAJOR part of wealth building lately. Reverse merging into a already existing Shell is Way quicker then doing a S1 and is becoming more and more the way to go for private going to public companies! Whats awesome is that they have been Putting MAJOR Revs,assets on the books when merger is complete and automatically these DORMAT stocks turn into GOLD. Usually these private companies have been doing running business for a while with already built products, client basis, etc, so we wont have the Headache of a start up company.....
