Lightbridge Corporation (LTBR)

I'm a little surprised by how fast it dropped and that yet again Seth has capriciously made wonderful promises with no follow through whatsoever but I am not shocked or even upset. The question for me now is what am I looking for what is my next move? I think it is a sucker move to sell now. Should I wait for a dead cat bounce or is the bull story still possible? Are there any signs the promised milestones will actually happen? Is the dilution potentially bullish if it indicates they are about to fund the JV or is it a reflection of management incompetence and arrogance as they reward themselves and punish shareholders. Fortunately I don't need the money I have in LTBR anytime soon and I still have some profit but I hate getting shaken out. However it is even worse to hold all the way to the bitter end.

Are there any subtle bullish signs going on in spite of the price drop?
