China Marine Food Group Limited (CMFO)

In reviewing this CMFO board, it appears that it's missing a lot of its past posts within a specific time frame. Strange that nobody posted during that big spike on 5/24/16 and action afterwards. Anybody know anything about that?

I've been bottom feeding on this one for the past couple of months as CMFO seems like it is an excellent buy at this level if you go by the last available info. CMFO was valued at $126M in 2Q13 and had 27M in revenues. They were on "Hot Stock Pick" Lists in 2010 and Prescott Capital owned 23% of CMFO as late as 2/2014. CMFO seemed alive and well when it decided to "Go Dark" and delist itself from NASDAQ in 2014. The sentiment at that time was that CMFO would be taken "Private". Still waiting on that one unless they're doing it at random intervals with the last one being 5/24/16. Somebody bought 300K shares for $.45/shr. Could there be a repurchase or buyout ahead?? Based on the current PPS, CMFO's market value is only 1.19M which would seem unimaginable otherwise? Anybody know anything about any of this?

I'm fairly certain Prescott Capital no longer has a stake in CMFO but don't know when and how they disposed of 6.3M shares. I've tried calling PC but I've not gotten to speak with anyone. I emailed CMFO seeking any info but didn't get a response. Has anyone here had any contact with CMFO or know anything??

Just asking. Looking for facts. Links if possible. TIA! All IMO.
