RXMD- Agree, but management needs to consider the process they are using for a public, versus private company. Same as an LLC with members versus a sub S with a single shareholder. Processes are different to bring Value to members and shareholders. LLC we use loans versus selling more units as one example.i am not discounting what CEO has accomplished to date. Remarkable
The Problem: FAILURE by a CEO in PENNYLAND, is not only an Acceptable Practice, it REWARDS a CEO... It's much EASIER for CEO to make money selling Company shares, than Build a Company.
