Christopher has stated numerous occasions that there would be no need to reverse split the shares until he made an acquisition that had a stable revenue stream

To date, they acquired Framepool AG , which is a revenue producer however due to their insolvency, it's safe to say they are not the catalyst to cause a reverse stock split.

The authorized share count as of June 1st remains at 10,800,000,000 shares with an outstanding share count of 8,733,684,814 shares.

I haven't been brought up to speed on how many additional shares may have been issued but they are getting pretty close to maxing out the authorized
