I not "feeling" positive or negative. I know pretty well all the failures, or what has not been realized in the past. Whether by intentional misleading or simple failure to realize is another question.
I am noticing more communication and action now with the U.S. patent and trademark office (through Justia). That to me is not irrelevant.
