I have. Not long after I filed a complaint with the SEC, BCPI caught up on their failure to file Form 4s in a timely manner. We were blindsided that BCPI was selling EVERY time last year that the stock rose above $2 and that was an artificial ceiling. Now we see when they are selling and it is limiting what they can get away with.
