Wow Wee - sure does look "huge" - the stock is soaring, down!
Now, back to reality:
Pickens' used the bank financing to buy stock @ .90 cents, 4 1/2 years ago - per his latest Form 4, Plains Capital Bank forced him to sell 601,852 shares last December - they've got to be getting a bit nervous over the remaining collateral of 1.1 mm shares.
When you look at the facts, not Pickens' ongoing lies; ASTC is toast, burning $1mm +/month with just over 1 year of cash left.
Why is ASTC trading @ $1/share, when it's really only worth .75 cents/share? I'm tempted to short as much as I can, then watch the de-listing to the pinks and it trading straight to zero.
