Now go through your list of Justia Patents listed and read the patents to see if they apply to a battery.

MORE SIMPLE...see if any applications were filed in 2014 or 2015 when NEAH was working on the battery.

So, " WE HAVE PATENTS " is not sufficient. The question is, do we have patents that show whether we have the products we say we do.

Most of the fuel cell patents are from a time when NEAH was working on a methanol fuel cell which never took off, as for Formira, are Palladium or platinum catalysts economical ? NOPE.

Nothing confusing here. Is there a patent to the Trademarked PowerChip Battery ? There does not appear to be, want to be helpful ? Find that one.
