RTV, I get your point. I have a slightly different view. I think the addition of profit from the flared gas that eliminates all that waste and turns it into profit, by producing LNG, other syn fuels, producing electricity as well. Combine them all which was totally wasted by just flaring the gas. They now can capture and use all of it to add more profit to make up for the slim margins with the crude alone. It is a win win situation for all and the envionmentalists will be quieted as well.

They also can just cap the wells and wait for the price of oil to go back to a profitable price. I think the main point should be that WPWR is already too late to market with their MRU and the contracts may be all had by other companies. Their only market may be Canada where they should have the upper hand there. Around the world they will have to compete with the companies that already have a working solution to the flaring issue. Also other countries may not see flared gas a big issue for them. Many don't worry about the environment at all.
