I did not own 300m shares so another entity sold in tandem within the same period of time as my trade executed. These things happen when a block seller shows up. It triggers other block sellers to distribute shares.
I didnt sell because i needed the funds for anything. I sold because months ago, i set a timeframe by which to do so if Chris Petzel still hadnt communicated his business plan effectively.
He didnt.
I sold.
Its really just that simple.
No emotion.
Im a TRADER but chose to INVEST in EMJI/BRSE when it was zero bid. I've been holding a core position for years and trading around some block positions I did well. No complaints here other than more than expecting more progress having been made by Chris. The Framepool insolvency "mention" in the last Corporate filing was a huge and hurtful slap in the face of shareholders. And the gentleman didn't even have the wherewithal to explain what happened, why, and what the remedy would be. That acquisition was to be our Crown Jewel and Christopher just dismissed the entire Venture as if it was nothing. That may not truly be the case or his intentions, but that's how it came across. He needs to be groomed by a seasoned chief executive officer that runs a publicly traded company. There are ways to issue press releases and word corporate filings and there are ways not to. He needs to learn how to do this more effectively and efficiently to get shareholders to understand what he's doing.
I wish him the best of luck with this company, although to be quite honest, I have no idea what this company is even doing. It's very confusing, and I've been around the block quite a few years.
Trust me when I tell you, I'm well aware of what the company used to do but that entire Dynamic appears to be changing. We heard absolutely nothing about the movie productions, nothing about the framepool insolvency issue, zero updates whatsoever on anything whatsoever in multiple months,.
