The 'new' frontman CEO is the same OLD CEO (85 years OLD, BTW) who originally drove this turd into bankruptcy that allowed SANDS and TILDEN to pick it up for their next pennyscam after SCOTT SAND gott released from Federal prison in Florida.

The only thing that one can look forward to in the SIML scam is a crushing REVERSE SPLIT, and that's the best case.
