The Director running INO is a penny stock promotor- fact.

INO issues hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of PR's yet hasn't accomplished a single product in 33+ years.

Well known stock commentator Jim Cramer ridiculed INO as "publicity rich".

Stay away from INO if you don't want to lose your money.
