Analyzing the level II. I haven't spent a lot of time lately on this board, or watching the stock, but just because the price seemed so unreasonable low I thought I would take some time to see what was going on.
First off, as much as some investors are down on their very recent investment, we are still in an upward trend. It looks as though there is ample support in the .048-.05 range, the chart supports this, and any buys here are very good starts.
Second, the sales going through this morning all seem to be small investors getting out. Irregular share counts, smaller in size (under 50,000). CDEL looks as if he is selling, and keeps flashing a 100K sell order at the ask, but don't be fooled. Touch that ask, and he disappears very quickly. It seems this is an attempt to scare small investors to sell, while accumulating on the 'buy' side.
I have not seen any known diluters pushing the stock down, so that's good news.
I also noticed a nice 500k buy, a couple days ago. Two things nice about this. A sign that a larger investor has taken notice and is making a long term investment. It also pushed the PPS up around 50%. Which tells me that OMVS can still move like the wind. Ignore the small ups and downs of this stock, because under the right circumstances it could travel straight up. I reference another stock CTSO that sat around .02 for a long while, would burst up to .10, only to sink back down to the .02-.04 range. then landed a government contract and sprang to $12 almost overnight.
Look at the management team here and I see lots of similarities (although the stocks were very different). Lots of government and defense connections.
Anyway my point here is that nothing here seems nefarious, and while all pennies are a risk, IMHO this is a good one.
