I don't think I've seen any numbers on the MCKEA - Philou ownership. Only saw it mentioned MCKEA was the majority, but I wasn't really searching. I think that was in AVLP filings.

Maybe I should've wrote more about the continued capital raising terms with Philou. There are so many filings, press releases, and little things with this company lately that I just had to stop somewhere.

As for the MTIX technology I haven't looked into it much. I know it's green and I love that. I'm certainly no expert in textile manufacturing. Main thing to me are the numbers.
