I obviously have to agree. This being said, a general description of what is the status of the affair shall be informative for all, without unduly influencing the PPS. In any case, those still on board are definitely not going to give up on short living burst of the PPS (Those selling most likely would not be able vto buy back in).

After 9 months of silence, the management should at least let us know:

1- Are there still court cases waiting for a decision and if so what is the case?

2- What is the current BOOK value of our asset (still generating interests)?

3- How many shareholders are still in (total number os shares outstanding)?

4- Without outlining a probability of any success, what scenarios are still being considered.

5- Of all the partners we acquired in the last years, who are those involved in trying to get an outcome of the current situation.

These FACTUAL informations would not seriously attract new buyers generating meaningless burts of the PPS but would inform current shareholders, having in some cases been on board for years or décades.

In any case, it realy seems that management could not care less about current shareholders behaving as if this was a private company (present distribution of O/S probably let them believe that this is what the very few large shareholders believe that what that is ... a quasi-private company).

May I hope that whatever it is the management is doing or not, they some day think it would be appropriate to inform us, small shareholders.

Patiently,

Roger
