GBSN dilution has NOT been minor

Since the LAST (5th) reverse split they increased the shares from 742,952 shares to 2,656,315 shares.
..... and that occurred in only 60 days!

That is an average of 128% dilution in 30 days. (Not MINOR!)

There is nothing MINOR about diluting a stock by 3.5 times the shares in a two month period. That is a 73% equity ownership hit to any stockholder that held the stock over the last 60 days.

But I do agree 2.5 million IS next to nothing compared to what the outstanding share count is going to be in the next 60 days!

The company makes less that a million in REVENUE and losses several MILLIONS every 3 months. That money loss gap is huge and they WILL have to borrow a HUGE amount to fill that gap.

Exactly as they have done in the past.

Spells - HUGE DILUTION remaining.

There is NOTHING different about this time, as there was NOTHING different after the 4th Reverse Split as there was NOTHING different after the 3rd Reverse Split as there was NOTHING different after the 2nd Reverse split as there was NOTHING different after the VERY FIRST Reverse split.

Toy loose Millions and have not cash, you HAVE to borrow millions. (Got to insure those salaries get paid)
