Titanium's: "...RDHL is going to acquire an existing U.S. pharmaceutical company."

I don't know the answer; but if I had to guess...an American company already has certain licenses that are necessary to operate and market in the United States. Also, an American company meets and understands any required regulations. Finally, an American company understands, and knows the ins & outs of doing business in America. Buying an American company can be a short-cut to dealing and marketing in the United States!

Just my opinion!
