I'm long since 2011. I know they have been a lot of offerings in the past. This brought down the SP many times. But if you follow PEIX closely, you'll see that everything has been done for a reason. It hasn't always been in the best interest of the common share holder looking at the short term. But NK has really made PEIX grow and set up for the future. However, the wind hasn't been blowing in the right direction for PEIX. But all seems to be set up well. If the wind changes, PEIX might be holding the best cards. The wind will change IMO, but the chances that will happen under Trump are very small.
