All you have to do is prove up a couple properties and all of a sudden properties u paid next to noting for are worth billions. That's why all these resource guys are so wealthy. If I were you I would buy with both fists and close your eyes and wait for the ride coming just around the corner. There's a reason why he's buying all these properties. Trust me 2 is cheap 3 is cheap when your looking at 30. Never lost money in a resource roll up especially when big money is involved which there is.
