SEC has approved Cemtrex's S-3 registration statement in about a week. Obviously SEC has no issues with Cemtrex's financials, with all its filings and with its business conduct. The Moderators of this Board who are constantly putting out FAKE NEWS that SEC will suspend Cemtrex need to now remove their Stickies of the same depicting False Information about Cemtrex.
