Is this ACI? MLCG is associated with USMJ and now USMJ is giving controlling preferred share control to that company? Hmmmmm

The projected revenue numbers from dino is not something I am overly confident in. And just how many MLCG shares, at a 50% discount to $0.0002 will be needed for $2 million price tag?
