I inquired as to the delay this morning and received a prompt response from Don Smith. He said that due to the fact that this a company which they assumed control of they encountered some delays in verification of records and documents.As well as the back and forth with FINRA. He stated that they turned over the final three documents to their FINRA case manager and are expecting approval shortly. Once they have approval they will immediately release the news and have a company relaunch.
