You cannot rule out what you hear on mnedia these days about "no more brick & mortar stores", as all the baby boomers (like myself) and elder folks still deal face to face and in stores- not going to Amamzon, et al like Millenials have been who are being marketed 24/7 everywhere- and as I see it, there is a massive retail buying bubble created by this Amazon/internet buying to such lengths, it will have a catalyst and crumble like every other past bubble created on daily media/CNBC hype such as dot.coms, snap chat, housing mortgage collapse created by big banks/Wall Street insiders, facebook, etc etc etc... Nothing last forever and brick & mortar JCP will surely exist generations to come...
