Section 12 of the last quartly statement has the Common Shares and Warrants activity listed. There is also a table of Warrants, contractual life and exercise prices. A decent amount of them were either exercised or expired on May 14th; one reason I am watching the Short # is to see if exercised warrants are being used to cover the short position (haven't yet at least). You need to add in the Private placement Warrants from April 3rd as they were issued after the last quarterly. Ballpark math puts the existing Warrants at around 10 Million IMO; The warrants don't bother me so I am not going through all the 8K's to get a more precise number (The next quarterly will have an updated Warrant schedule anyway).
