Sure it can be correct; bear in mind that if your shares are held in a brokerage account (TD Ameritrade, E-Trade etc) then your shares are held in "Street Name". All of the shareholders who own shares in say TD Ameritrade are considered one Shareholder of Record (The brokerage holding the shares).

If your shares are held in a stock brokerage account or by a bank or other nominee, then the brokerage firm, bank or other nominee is considered to be the shareholder of record with respect to those shares.

Insiders such as Chris Bunka surely will have the shares registered directly in their name and would each constitute one Shareholder of Record. The rest of us get lumped together under the appropriate Brokerage (that is my understanding anyway).

I would like to see some additional marketing to draw interest to the stock as well, however I think it is more important for them to focus on R&D to validate the absorption of other molecules. That is where the big revenues will come from, which in turn will propel the share price. The current share price is a bummer but the company is strong and I have time; will add shares as liquidity allows.

All the best,

Knife
