It appears that Pierce didn't pay DKTS's transfer agent $11k that was owed. Then VStock transfer assigned the debt to somebody else (Alessi), who is now suing the company, and seeking to take control of the corporation for abandonment.
Basically the plaintiff is petitioning the court to appoint a custodian over DKTS's assets, saying they can't locate any officers of the company and can't get a response to repeated demands for payment, and noting the company's license is expired and it hasn't filed anything for over two years.
More specifically:
Paragraphs 37 and 38 are particularly funny. Talk about understatement...
As far as I can tell they are still trying to serve the complaint on Pierce, but there certainly hasn't been any response yet.
I wonder if they know anything about ISBG or the theft/fraudulent transfer of all DKTS's assets? They probably do and are just looking to take over the shell and sell it. Or maybe they just need some updated contact info...
