It's a cushy way to make a living if you can't hack it in the private sector. You get to set your own hours and pay scale, not to mention expenses are paid for when you go out of town "on business". Oddly enough, the venues always seem to be very nice places in very nice climes.

And when shareholders get sick and tired of being abused, all they can do is sell their shares for a loss and move on because there's no to hold them accountable.

I'm waiting for the announcement that the shell's been sold, myself.
