Flippers? These aren't flippers exiting a stock... this shareholders exiting with severe disappointment and attempting to salvage a year's wait (in some cases).

No one cares about this stock anymore because it went over a year with no update at all, had a monster A/S increase, and entered into a definitive agreement with a company with no shareholder information delivered whatsoever via a press release to announce the company's plan.

Too bad... I held this one a long time because of the CEO's past history of acquisitions and tickers. I don't have a lot of faith this one is going anymore now -- just waiting to see if the new "company" (APYP, which is clearly not going in the same direction) starts dumping shares.
